Exciting news! This year, we’re hosting two fantastic expos.
First up, from Wednesday to Thursday, it’s The Executive Expo – a unique opportunity for executive leaders.

From Wednesday to Sunday, don’t miss The Chinuch Expo – the ultimate event for education-based providers and resources.

Torah Umesorah has partnered with Powwow Events for both tradeshows. For all expo-related questions, kindly complete this form or contact joel@powwowevent.com.

Unfortunately not. Kindly make your reservation here.

Yes, we’re happy to offer babysitting for children aged 3 and under during sessions only, starting with the Pre-Convention. Please note that babysitters won’t be available during meals, except for Shalosh Seudos. We highly recommend taking advantage of the Shalosh Seudos babysitting services! To use our babysitting service, please ensure you’ve registered your child using the Child Care Registration Form. The fee is $40 per child.

Yes, we do have some availability, but it’s limited. There’s a $20 charge per night. If you will need a crib, don’t forget to add one to your registration!

Kalahari has a limited number of high chairs/booster seats, so we recommend bringing your own if you need one.

It depends on your reservation details! For hotel guests, meals are included starting with dinner on your check-in day and continuing through lunch the next day. If you’re arriving on Friday, your first meal will be Friday night. Please note that Friday lunch isn’t included. You may purchase it in advance when booking your reservation or upon arrival at the Torah Umesorah hospitality desk.
Yes, you may purchase meals as you need them from the Hospitality Desk at the hotel or in advance by calling our office.
All our room keys are electronic, but don’t worry! TU will provide magnets for guests to place on the door jamb, disabling the lock. Resort staff will also be walking the halls over Shabbos in case the door locks accidentally. Please use the in-room safe for your valuables—especially over Shabbos. Magnets will be available when you check in.
Official check-in time is 4 pm, but if you arrive early and your room is ready, we’ll gladly welcome you for an early check-in!
We’re sorry, but TU can’t accommodate this request. If you are scheduled to check out before Shabbos – on either Thursday or Friday – please note that checkout time is 9:00 am sharp. Be sure to pack up and clear out your belongings by then, even if you’re hanging around for the rest of the day. We need to prepare the rooms for our next guests. Avoid a late checkout fee by sticking to the schedule!

Unfortunately, that option is not available. You’re welcome to leave Motzei Shabbos, but please note that the rate will still apply through Sunday. We appreciate your understanding.

The Convention is being catered by Chap-a-Nosh of the Five Towns. They are under the hashgacha of the Vaad Hakashrus of the Five Towns and for the Convention only they will also be under Tartikov Beis Din.

If you have any questions about Kashrus, hashgacha, or any special needs, please call Chap-a-Nosh directly at 516-374-5100.

Shabbos Seating request forms will be sent along with your confirmation invoice. Please choose either Family Style Seating, Couples Dining areas without mechitza (2-top), or separate men’s and women’s dining rooms. Please remember to send your preference to the TU office as soon as you can, as we close out seating requests by Thursday of the Convention.

Your assigned seat will be posted near the designated dining rooms before Shabbos.

The complete Convention program usually comes out about a week or two before the event. Be sure to check back on our site or look for our publication in the Yated and Hamodia, where we’ll share the schedule highlights.

We’re here to help you as best we can with this request! For direct assistance, feel free to email our office at convention@torahumesorah.org.

Absolutely! You’ll be able to purchase audio recordings (for most sessions) on the spot and after the Convention.

We’re hoping to live-stream some sessions (usually Thursday night and Motzei Shabbos are live), but we’re still figuring out which ones. Be sure to check our site closer to the event for updates.

And, since we have partnered with Torahanytime.com, most of our Convention sessions will be available to watch after the convention!

After the convention, our office will happily handle all separate bills and/or receipts needed for school or government funding. For assistance, please call our office or email convention@torahumesorah.org.
We’re sorry we can’t assist with rides to or from the hotel. As a policy, Torah Umesorah doesn’t share delegate information. However, there is a public bus from the Port Authority Terminal in Manhattan. For more details, please feel free to contact the resort directly.

The resort is located at: 250 Kalahari Blvd., Pocono Manor, PA 18349
